- Done while you sit in a specially designed portable massage chair.
- Involves no table, sheets or oils. Your seated massage takes place directly though your clothing.
- Usually addresses the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands and can be adapted to special needs.
- Leaves employees feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to return to work.
- Choose from 10 or 15 minute sessions - about the same as a coffee break.
